1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. This is the bail application U/S.483 of the BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with O.I.C., Excise Station, M. Rampur P.R. No. 102 of 2025-26 corresponding to 2(a)C.C. Case No. 18 of 2025 (NDPS) pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna, for commission of offence punishable U/S.20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act, on the main allegation of transporting 15Kgs of Contraband Ganja in a Maruti Suzuki Zen Estilo Car bearing Regd. No. OR-02-AP-0155.
3. Heard, Mr. Pratap Kumar Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. M.R. Patra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record.

After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis- à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the petitioners in custody since 21.07.2025 with submission of PR in the meantime and the quantity of Contraband Ganja allegedly seized in this case being intermediate quantity and thereby, the embargo of the provisions of Section 37 of NDPS Act being not attractable, this Court without expressing any view on merits, admits each of the petitioners to bail.

Hence, the bail application of the petitioners stands allowed and the petitioners are allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it.
6. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules.
