No.22336 of 2025 Applicants have moved an application seeking modification of the order dated 08.12.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.22336 of 2025. W.P.(C) No.22336 of 2025 was disposed of on 08.12.2025 with the following direction:- “In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed off. Time for filing representation is two weeks’ and considering the subject representation and informing result of such consideration to the petitioners in writing, is eight weeks. All contentions are kept open. It is open to the answering Opposite Parties to solicit any information or documents from the side of the Petitioners, as required for taking a decision on the subject representation. However, in that guise, delay shall not be brooked….” Counsel for the applicants submits that the name of opposite party Nos.4 & 5 although are correct in the cause Order No. 03 title of the writ petition, their district has been wrongly typed as “Mayurbhanj” as mentioned when it ought to have been Kendrapara. He prays for correction of the same in the cause title of the writ petition. The prayer is innocuous and therefore, merits acceptance. In the above circumstances, application is disposed off. The applicants are permitted to amend the cause title of the writ petition and file a corrected page of the cause title of the writ petition. In view of the above correction, time for filing of the representation and consideration of the same, in terms of the order dated 08.12.2025, is to be reckoned from this day.
