Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court and in pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has Page No.# 2/2 co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Rowta P.S. Case No. 134/2024 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of BNS has also been recorded. 4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has co-operated with the Investigating Officer, the interim anticipatory bail granted to him by order dated 24.02.2025 by this Court is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall continue to co-operate in the investigation.
