This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Since the impugned order is an appealable one, in course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the same in appeal. It is further contended that if 2(two) weeks time will be allowed, necessary appeal will be filed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the Opp. party- workmen has no serious objection to the course of action proposed. 5. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, considering the submission made and the fact that the impugned order is an appealable one, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition as not maintainable permits the Petitioner to file the appeal before the Appellate Court on or before 19.12.2025. 6. It is directed that if any such appeal will be filed by the Petitioners within the aforesaid time period, the Appellate Court shall entertain the same without insisting on any delay and decide the issue on merit. 7. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned back by taking photocopy of the same. 8. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) sangita Judge
