On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim’s compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Yogapatti Case No. 612 of 2022 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran. 4.
