01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. Since these three bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3. These are applications U/S. 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarika Surakshya Sanhita, 2023 (in short, “BNSS”) by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Sohela P.S. Case No. 276 of 2025 arising out of Special G.R. Case No. 49 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge,
Padampur for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.111(2)(b) of BNS r/w. Sec. 21(b)/25 of the NDPS Act, on the main allegation of transporting 1325 bottles of Eskuf Cough Syrup each measuring 100ml containing Codeine Phosphate; total 265gms of Codeine Phosphate. 4. Heard, Mr. Debi Prasad Dhal, learned Senior Counsel, who enters appearance for the petitioner along with counsel Mr. Kaustuva Mohanty in BLAPL No. 11501 of 2025 by filing appearance memo, which is taken on record; Mr. Jagabandhu Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No. 11652 of 2025; Mr. Amitav Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No. 12267 of 2025 and Mr. C. Mohanty, learned Addl. PP in these matters and perused the record. 5. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis- à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the petitioners in custody since 15.09.2025 with submission of charge sheet in the meantime and there being no serious criminal antecedents reported against any of the petitioners and keeping in view the other circumstances on record in entirety including the inherent right of an accused to be presumed innocent until proven guilty at the trial and there
being unlikelihood of trial commencing in near future, this Court without expressing any view on merits, admits each of the petitioners to bail. 6.

Hence, these three bail applications of each of the petitioners namely Gouri Narayan Tripathy (BLAPL No. 11501 of 2025), Ganesh Meher (BLAPL No. 11652 of 2025) and Dayanidhi Parua (BLAPL No. 12267 of 2025) stand allowed and the petitioners are allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with two solvent sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case, on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it. 7. Accordingly, these BLAPLs stand disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules. (G. Satapathy)
