Learned senior counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a person affected by order dated 02.07.2025 and that, therefore, the applicant is a proper or necessary party. 3. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the applicant is a garnishee inasmuch as monies are owed by the applicant to the first defendant. This contention is refuted by the applicant. 4. Upon considering the averments in the affidavit, it appears that the applicant is aggrieved by the order of interim injunction dated 02.07.2025. Therefore, this application is allowed as prayed for.
