CORAM: THE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH Order No. ORDER 04.12.2025 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties. 2. The sole grievance of the Petitioner by means of this application is for an intervention of this Court for a direction that the investigating agency to proceed with a fair and diligent investigation. 3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner, in course of hearing in the application, submitted that for redressal of the grievance, the Petitioner moved the concerned Police Station, and upon consideration of the complaint, the same was registered as Baliapal P.S. Case No. 204 of 2025 on 30.07.2025. However, there is no progress in the investigation as yet. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, it is directed that the Opposite Party No.4 i.e. the IIC, Baliapal shall monitor the investigation and take all necessary steps to ensure a free, fair and diligent investigation into the matter. Needless to mention that the investigation has to be completed as expeditiously as possible by submission of Final Form, if any, within a period of one month, if there be no other legal impediment. 5.
