This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 14.06.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for removal and relocation of the electric lamp post installed inside the property belonging to the petitioner to some other suitable location. The grievance of the petitioner is that the electric lamp post has been improperly installed within the private property belonging to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation in this regard and the same was not acted upon. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court. 3. Heard Mr.Gokula Rao, learned counsel for petitioner, Ms.P.Aishwarya, learned Government Advocate appearing for first respondent and Mr.A.C.Mani Bharathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 5. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Writ Petition No.27684 of 2025 case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the impleaded eighth respondent along with all relevant documents and a copy of this order. The impleaded eighth respondent shall deal with the representation on its merits and take a decision within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of fresh representation from the petitioner.
