Case No. 635 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 308(3), 308(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 10.09.2024, Rangdari was demanded from the informant by Mobile No. 7739423246. 4. Learned lawyer appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the mobile phone which was used in demanding Rangdari does not belong to the petitioner. It has been further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused persons. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. Mr. Suraj Deo Munda, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Herhanj P.S.
