This application has been filed by the applicants to quash the entire proceedings of Case no. 6947 of 2025 (State vs. Vishal Rajpoot and others) under sections 111, 341(2) and Section 318(4) of BNS 2023 and Section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, PS- Kotwali Orai, District-Jalaun pending in court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun arising out of Case Crime no. 799 of 2024 along with charge- sheet dated 22.04.2025 and cognizance/summoning order dated 20.05.2025. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he relinquishes the prayer for quashment and wishes to move bail application before the trial court. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer so made. 5. Be that as it may, without interfering into the merits of the case, it is provided that in case the applicants appears before the court concerned within three weeks from today and move application for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 6. For a period of three weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. 7. It is made clear that in the event no such application is moved within the time prescribed above, this order will be of no avail to the applicants. 8.
