When the Mediation was in progress, the parties have settled their issues amicably and also entered into Memorandum of Compromise dated 22.01.2026. Based on the Memorandum of Compromise, the matter has been settled amicably between the parties. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition Criminal stands disposed of. The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs.
