The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of 1st respondent in not accepting the rent in respect of shop bearing Door No.40/317, Shop No.S1, Mohammadia Waqf Complex, Kurnool by considering the representation dated 01.12.2016 and the action of 3rd respondent in not providing facilities as per the licence agreement dated 07.07.2014, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Learned standing counsel for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that pending the writ petition, the lease was renewed in favour of the petitioner in respect of same shop for a period of one year. He would also submit that by afflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is Closed. No costs.
