Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that in the instant criminal appeal the sentence awarded by the court below has been completed, thus the matter does not survive and may be dismissed. 4. Learned State counsel concedes the submission advanced by learned counsel for the Appellant. In this regard learned State Counsel placed before this Court the certificate issued by the office of Superintendent, District Jail, Nainital dated 05.07.2024 wherein it is mentioned that after completing the sentence Appellant has been released in the present case on 29.06.2024. 4.
