Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.Perumbulavil Radhakrishnan brings to my notice the common order passed by me on 25.10.2025 in CRP Nos.3425 of 2024 and 3907 of 2025, in and by which, I had set aside the order of eviction passed by the Rent Controller and confirmed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority. The present revision petition arises subsequent to the order of eviction that was originally passed by the Rent Controller. 4.
