This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the revision of the revisionists and may kindly be please to quash the order dated 10.01.2024 (Annexure A-1) passed by the Learned 3rd Additional Principle Judge Family Court, Durg Distt. Durg (CG) in M.J.C. No. 528/2022; in respect of the revisionist no. 1 and award the maintenance amount of Rs. 5000/- per month to her and also enhance the award dated 10.01.2024 (Annexure A-1) passed by the Learned 3rd Additional Principle Judge, Family Court Durg Distt. Durg (CG) in favour of the revisionist no. 2 up to 5000/- per month, in the interest of justice.” 4. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stand vacated. 6. Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the certified copy of this order alongwith original record to the concerned Family Court within a week from today for necessary information and follow up action.
