State of U.P. and Anr.) including the entire complaint case no. 95282 of 2028 (Smt. Meena Gupta Vs Sri Hariom Gupta) Under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station - Nazirabad, District - Kanpur Nagar, pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Court No.8, Kanpur Nagar on account of incurable technical defects with liberty to file afresh. 2.
