NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs: “Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the proposal dated 26.07.2015 submitted by the 6th respondent – Society to the Block Education Officer as per Annexure-C and same was forwarded to the 1st respondent recommending the post of the petitioner working as ‘D’ Group employee at ‘Basaveshwara High School’, Abbenahalli, Malur Taluk for grant-in-aid as per the Government Order dated 20.01.2014, as per Annexure-B and also as per the list of ‘D’ Group employees furnished by the DDPI, Kolar along with covering letter dated 04.05.2022, as per Annexures J and K, respectively.” 2. The petitioner was appointed as a Group-D employee in the Institution run by the sixth respondent – Society. The Government, vide communication dated 20.01.2014 stated that the cases of Group C and Group D employees who were appointed between 01.06.1993 to - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30575 WP No. 20632 of 2023 02.02.2000 has to be considered for admitting to grant-in- aid. Pursuant to that communication, the Director prepared a list vide Annexure-J dated 04.05.2022. The petitioner’s name was placed at Sl.No.1 in the said list. Inspite of that, the petitioner’s name has not been recommended for admitting to grant-in-aid. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to respondent Nos. 1 and 2, enclosing all relevant documents, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such a representation is submitted, the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of the representation. 4.
