The instant writ petition has been filed for seeking quashing of the impugned posting order dated 14.06.2025 (Annexure P-4) and movement
order dated 10.07.2025 (Annexure P-7) qua the petitioner alleging the same to be illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India as well as Army Order 25/2001/MP and Record Office Instructions. 2

has/have already submitted an application dated 19.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioner(s) would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.4 is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid application submitted by the petitioner(s), by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. 3

Mr. Vibhor Bansal, Senior Panel Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and has no objection to the above request. 5
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, by directing respondent No.4 to consider and decide the application dated 19.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months of the receipt of certified copy of this order. 6
Till the passing of the order on application dated 19.06.2025 (Annexure P-5), the posting order qua the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance and thereafter, for a period of 10 days to enable the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, if so advised, in the event of petitioner being not satisfied with the order eventually passed.
