Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The petitioner had committed a very serious and heinous offence against the minor victim and he fails to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on him. 4.
