(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the FIR No.162 dated 08.06.2021, registered under Sections 324, 326, 341, 506, 34 IPC, at Police Station Gobindgarh, District Fatehgarh Sahib and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a Government employee, who has been roped in the present case, so as to maximize damage to him and his family. He submits that at the time of occurrence, the petitioner was in his office which is evident from Annexures P-2 and P-3 and thus, he has taken the plea of alibi. After arguing for some time, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy before the trial Court in accordance with law. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
