JUSTICE B.M.SHYAM PRASAD) The complainant has filed this complaint alleging that the first and the second respondents are in deliberate disobedience of the directions of the writ Court in W.P. No.112068/2014 which is disposed of on 11.03.2024. The Writ Court’s direction reads as under: “Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation produced as per Annexure-H dated 11.09.2014 and Annexure-J dated 07.10.2014, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order”. Sri Praveen K. Uppar, the learned Additional Government Advocate who is permitted to appear for the first and the second respondents, places on record a Memo along with a copy of the Endorsement dated 22.05.2024. Sri Praveen K.
