Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The present application has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings of the case arising out of Case Crime No. 09 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 308 IPC, P.S. Sikariganj, District Gorakhpur. 4. It is alleged that pursuant to the order of this Court, compromise has been verified on 11.09.2025. The said order is on record along with supplementary affidavit. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, the aforesaid verification and following the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Nikhil Merchant Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another: (2008) 9 SCC 677 and Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab and another: (2012) 10 SCC 303, the application deserves to be allowed. 6. The application is allowed. 7. The proceedings of aforesaid case are hereby quashed.
