It is the submission of Mr. Rajani, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant that the said settlement offer was only for a period up to 31st July 2025. However, in the facts and circumstances, as the entire amount as per the said settlement offer has been paid by the Respondents-Judgment Debtors, it is clear that the Applicant-Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. has received entire payment. 5. Accordingly, the Execution Application is disposed of. 6. In view of the disposal of the Execution Application, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same is also disposed of.
