It appears from perusal of the aforesaid instructions that the agreement executed in favour of the Mauji Lal was cancelled. 3. After going through the aforesaid Instructions, it is very fairly argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous. 4.
