The present interlocutory application is filed by the applicant/petitioner praying for impleadment of the National Highways and Infrastructures Page No.# 2/2 Development Corporation (NHIDCL) as party respondent No. 8 in the connected WP(C) No. 3111/2024. 2. The learned Standing counsel, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) submits that NHIDCL shall be a necessary party in this proceeding. 3. This Court has also perused the pleadings made in the connected writ petition and is of the considered opinion that the NHIDCL’s presence is required for proper adjudication of this case. 4. Accordingly, the petitioner is allowed to implead NHIDCL as party respondent No. 8 in the connected WP(C) No. 3111/2024. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall provide the amended cause title before the Registry as well as to the learned counsel for the respondents. Thereafter, Registry shall do the needful. 6.
