ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. Sri. Anantha Narayana B.N., learned counsel for the petitioner, invited the attention of the Court to the Order dated 20.12.2023 in W.P.No.10852/2023 and submitted that the impugned order passed by respondent No.2 requires to be set aside in view of the joint memo dated 14.12.2023, filed by the petitioner and the respondents herein.
3. Taking into consideration the joint memo filed by the parties and also the order of this Court in the above writ
