On this count, Mr. Haqani, learned senior counsel prayed for short adjournment to seek instructions in the matter. The matter came up for consideration on 28th November, 2024, when again learned senior counsel for the petitioner prayed for and was granted four weeks time to lay a motion for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased petitioner. More than six months have passed, however, no application for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased petitioner has been moved. The petition has thus abated and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
