1. Learned Counsel Mr. G.Chamuah is present for the petitioner, Ujjal Das who has filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with a prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Silapathar PS Case No. 251/2024, under Sections 318(4)/316 (5) of the BNS.

3. I have considered the submissions at the Bar.
4. I have also scrutinized the case diary.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner deserves bail also on the ground of parity. All the prime accused have been enlarged on bail in connection with this case.
6. The allegation is that the wife of the petitioner is a Bank employee and she along with some other persons who are also Bank employees illegally deposited Rs,8,08,890/- in the bank account of the petitioner. The petitioner has further stated that he was not aware that his wife has deposited the amount in his account. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 20.02.2025. The petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and his statement has been recorded. The petitioner has not violated any bail conditions.
7. Considering all the aspects, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 20.02.2025 is hereby made absolute under the same terms and conditions.

9. The pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
