The learned Additional Government Pleader has tendered three reports pertaining to the three Petitioners, insofar as the directions issued by this Court to the Deputy Commissioner of Labour for inspecting the premises and noting the non-compliance of labour laws/labour legislation. A report (17 pages) dated 22nd June, 2026 pertains to the first Petitioner, which is taken on record and marked as ‘Z-2’ for identification. The report (17 pages) dated 22nd June, 2026 in relation to M/s. Sugwoo Hightech Pune Pvt. Ltd. Company, is taken on record and marked as ‘Z-3’ for identification. The report (16 pages) dated 22nd June, 2026 pertaining to PHA India Private Limited, is also taken on record and marked as ‘Z-4’ for identification. 2. The learned Advocate for the PMRDA has tendered two reports, one is dated 22nd June, 2026 and the second report is dated 1st July, 2026. Both the reports (2 pages each) are collectively marked as ‘X-1’ for identification. 3. The learned Advocate for the PMRDA submits that 180 days granted by this Court for enabling the Petitioners to cure all the deficiencies, 2 (906 to 908)-WP-16721-25 & connected matters.odt have expired. He further submits that the entire directions of this Court still have not been complied by the Petitioners. The learned Senior Advocate, Mr. Godbole, representing the Petitioners submits that now the only stage that remains is for seeking regularization of the irregularities and offending structures. The Application is filed on 8th July, 2026 and the same is pending with the PMRDA. The matter is now within the realm of PMRDA. 4. In view of the above, we permit the PMRDA to deal with the said Application on it’s own merits and in the event, the authorities conclude that further imposition of penalties is necessary in accordance with the rules prescribed, a reasoned order may be passed and the Petitioners may be directed to deposit the said penalties. Needless to state, all compliances that are necessary to be made by the Petitioners, shall be independently made by the Petitioners by keeping the PMRDA informed of such steps being taken. Wherever a prior permission of the PMRDA is required, the Petitioners would resort to seeking such a permission. Let this exercise be completed in due coordination between the Petitioners and the PMRDA. 5. Insofar as the labour issues are concerned, the learned Amicus is not present today in the Court. The learned Additional Government Pleader as well as Mr. Sakhadeo submits that soft copies of ‘Z-2’, ‘Z-3’ and ‘Z-4’ 3 (906 to 908)-WP-16721-25 & connected matters.odt have been served through whatsapp to the concerned Advocate today morning, if required hard copies would also be delivered. 6. We grant liberty to the learned Senior Advocate, Mr. Arshad Shaikh, the Amicus to consider the above-stated reports and address the Court on the next date. 7. For the time being, considering that the timeline of 180 days is over, we are increasing the timeline by another 90 days for compliance purpose. 8.
