No. 879 of 2025 __________ Page4 of 8 ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the sixth respondent dated 01.09.2025. The petitioner / Trust, and the petitioner was awarded 8th day Mandagapadi Kattalai Pooja by the proceedings of the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Erode, vide order dated 31.07.2025 in respect of Ealur Pannaiamman Temple during the Annual Car Festival. It was not accepted by the other group namely, respondents 9 to 15 and objected the petitioner from whom 8th day Mandagapadi Kattalai during the Annual Car Festival of Ealur Panniamman Temple. Therefore, on the complaint, it was referred before the sixth respondent. The sixth respondent conducted an enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner as ‘B’ party and respondents 9 to 15 as ‘A’ party. Further, the resolution which is under challenged in this writ petition has no legal sanctity since both the parties appeared before the sixth respondent and during the enquiry they agreed to pass such a resolution in which the petitioner, also duly signed in the resolution. In fact, already the order passed by the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Erode is also under the challenge before this Court. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity and illegality. Therefore the petitioner cannot challenge the resolution passed by ‘A & B’ parties in the office of the sixth respondent. This Court finds no infirmity and illegality in the impugned order. 2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition Criminal stands dismissed.
