GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The petitioner is seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s shop property at D.No. 8-1-89, Ward No. 8, Rayadurg Town, Anantapur District, and states that the petitioner has been threatened to vacate the premises. It is also stated in the affidavit that the 3rd respondent has sent his constables to threaten the petitioner to vacate the shop, locked the shop, and kept the key with the 3rd respondent. 2 2. It is also submitted that the property purchased by the petitioner is claimed by the relatives of the vendor of the petitioner, and that there are some civil disputes pending regarding the said property. At the instance of respondent Nos. 4 and 5, the 3rd respondent has resorted to threatening the petitioner to vacate the property. On 28.01.2025, the 3rd respondent locked the premises and took away the key. A direction to hand over the key is also sought in the writ petition. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that he has received instructions from the 3rd respondent and states that the 3rd respondent is not interfering with the petitioner or with the property of the petitioner. The allegation relating to the locking of the premises and took away the key is also denied in the written instructions submitted by the 3rd respondent. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed off, directing the 3rd respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law. No costs.
