The petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 150 days in filing the appeal. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent, Mr.N.C.Ashokkumar, has no serious objection with regard to the delay. However, he would state that the appellants have been in the habit of taking time under the guise of settlement and in the earlier round of revision also, a similar representation was made, but the matter was not settled. Now, the Execution Petition is at the stage of sale proclamation, and therefore, he request expeditious disposal of the appeal or any miscellaneous petition filed therein after numbering. 4.
