By the present writ petition, the petitione is seeking direction towards the respondent authorities, particularly the Nayab Tahsildar, Nawagarh (respondent No. 4) to take decision on the complaint/application submitted by the petitioner on 29.07.2024 (Annexure P-8). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents No. 7 & 8 are forcefully trying to encroach the agricultural land of the petitioner, inspite of the fact that in the earlier proceeding they have entered into compromise with the present petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation/ complaint before the Nayab Tahsildar to take action against the respondents No. 7 & 8, however, till date no action has been taken on the complaint/ application submitted by the petitioner. 3. Learned State counsel by referring to the report dated 16.10.2024, submits that the Nayab Tahsildar has already enquired into the complaint of the petitioner and submitted a report in revenue case No. 202407065400027/B- 121/2022-23 before the Tahsildar and he will take decision within a period of 50 days from today. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the complaint 3 lodged by the petitioner and the report submitted by the Nayab Tahsildar on 16.10.2024 annexed at pg No. 34. 5. Perusal of the report shows that Nayab Tahsaildar has submitted his opinion to proceed under Section 250 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code against respondents No. 7 & 8, who have encroached over the land of the petitioner, bearing khasra No. 1220/9 rakba 0.658 hect. Considering the same, the Tahsildar, Nawagarh is directed to take decision on the report submitted by the Nayab Tahsildar on 16.10.2024 within a period of 50 days from today. 6.
