CONCILIATION ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner - KSRTC and learned counsel for the respondent and respondents are present. 2. The parties have reported settlement and have filed a Joint Memo, which reads as under:- "The WP is filed against the award in ID No.23/2015 dated 23.9.2017 on the file of the 3rd Additional Labour Court, Bengaluru has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 1. The Respondent-Corporation agreed to reinstate the Respondent-workman into service with continuity of service, without consequential benefits, without backwages from the date of dismissal till the date of actual reinstatement as per the interim order of the Hon'ble High Court and reduced 2 increments permanently and restored 5 increments without arrears from the date of punishment till the date of settlement. 2. No difference of wages from the date of award till reinstatement and no 4 difference of wages from the date of reinstatement till settlement. 3. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms. The parties to this petition have set their hands to this settlement before the Lok Adalat in the presence of conciliators on this 26.04.2025 at Bengaluru Bench". 3. The respondent-workman is personally present. 4. In that view of the matter, subject to above compliance, the Joint memo is accepted.
