We have gone through the judgment passed by the writ Court as well as the other material on record, we are of the considered opinion that the judgment passed by the writ Court is perfectly legal and does not call for any interference. 02. The dispute between the appellant and the private respondents is purely a private dispute with regard to which the appellant has already approached the civil Court by way of a civil suit. 03. The compliance report filed by the Deputy Commissioner in response to the order dated 26th September, 2022, reveals that no land of the appellant is being acquired or taken possession of by the official MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 11.07.25 respondents, so as to require initiation of any proceedings under the Land Acqusition Act. It seems that appellant being aware of the fate of this appeal has not turned up to appear and argue the mater. 04. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
