Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank submits that the bank is not willing to accept the amount in installments. 3. The writ petition is dismissed on the ground that the bank is not consenting to accept the money in installments, and therefore, there is no scope for intervention in this matter. The petitioner is required to file his objection to the notice issued by the bank under Section 13(8) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
