Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Despite service of notice, the respondent has neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel. Hence, the respondent is called and set ex-parte. 4. The petitioner seeks transfer of HMOP.No.283 of 2022 from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi to the file of the Sub Court Mettur, Salem, where the petitioner-wife resides. The petitioner has expressed her inconvenience and difficulties in appearing before the Sub Court, Pollachi. The petitioner has also initiated MC proceedings, which is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Mettur and the respondent has been attending the said proceedings. 5. It is the allegation of the petitioner that the respondent has not complied with the orders passed by the Judicial Magistrate II, Mettur, with regard to payment of monthly maintenance. 6. In the light of the above, I am inclined to accede to the request of the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of the proceedings in HMOP.No.283 of 2022.
