The present bail application has been moved by the accused/applicant- Kaleem Ahmad for the offence punishable under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act in Case Crime No.142 of 2025, Police Station- Bhojpur, District- Ghaziabad. 2. Learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant is falsely implicated in the case of Cow Slaughter and killing of cattle. The applicant was not named in the FIR. The recovery of raw hide cattle has been recovered from the truck of the accused. The co-accused Waseem has already been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court. The applicant has no criminal history to his credit and he is in jail since 06.06.2025. 3. Per contra, learned AGA opposed the bail and submits that the investigation is continuing. 4. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by the parties and perused the record. 5. The record, prima facie, reveals that the accused is the owner of the truck from where the raw cattle hide has been recovered. It is on record that the truck has been given on hire to Hind Road Lines Transport Company. The driver of the truck has already been granted bail. The statement of the accused has already been recorded by the Investigating Officer. The investigation is continuing. The applicant is languishing in jail since June, 2025. 6. Without touching the merit of the case,this bail application is allowed. 7. Let the accused applicant be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
