Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 06.09.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 571 of 2024, under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 332C, 352, 115, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station- Sikandra, District- Agra. 4. Short counter filed by Sri Subham Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no.3 is taken on record, it has been averred in the short counter affidavit, the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and respondent no.3 have no objection in case the impugned F.I.R. is quashed. 5. In view of the above, the impugned F.I.R. is hereby quashed and the writ petition is accordingly allowed. 6. The Investigating Officer of this case is directed to make endorsement in the case diary that the parties have settled their dispute and the F.I.R. impugned has been quashed. 7.
