When confronted with the issue of maintainability of the present Petition before this Court, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner shall feel satisfied in the event he is given liberty to approach the concerned authority for seeking the redressal of his grievance as projected in the instant Petition. In view of above, this Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach the competent authority for seeking the redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.
