At this stage, learned advocate for the applicant submits that charge sheet is not led against two other accused who are absconding. Learned APP submits that since two persons were not traced despite efforts conducted by Investigating Officer, they are shown in column no.12 as absconding accused. Under the above circumstances, there are sufficient provisions available either in Cr.P.C. or BNSS as the case may be to secure custody of the accused. (J. C.
