This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to Judicial Officer (Nyadhikari) Gram Nyayalay Chail District Kaushambi to consider and decide expeditiously the Suit No 651/2019 (Bulaki Singh And Others Vs. Narendra Singh & Others) pending before Judicial Officer (Nyadhikari) Gram Nyayalay Chail District Kaushambi." 3. From the persusal of the order dated 15.04.2024 annexed at page no. 23 of the writ petition, it is apparent that earlier also a petition being Matter under Article 227 No. 4217 of 2024 (Bulaki Singh and 2 others v. Narendra Singh and 3 others) was filed by the petitioner for the same relief which was disposed of by order dated 15.04.2024 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Rules of the High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same relief, is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
