It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the suit shop which was already in his possession during the period of past and present litigation and had already been allotted to him by the Block Medical Officer (BMO), Beerwah vide orders bearing No. BMO/B571-72 dated 05.09.2007 and SDH/B/3018-19 dated 30.12.2010, is now being formally operated by the appellant, without any sort of interference, as according to the learned counsel for the appellant, the respondents have settled the claim of the appellant. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant under these circumstances submits that he does not need any further prosecution of this appeal.
