Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "I. Issue an appropriate order or direction setting-aside the order dated 16.07.2025 passed by District Judge, Rampur in Transfer Application No. 55 of 2025. II. Issue an appropriate order or direction transferring the proceedings of Original Suit No.119 of 2025 pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) to any other competent civil court of District Judgeship Rampur which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3. Against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision in view of order dated 10.11.2022 passed in case of Babu Singh and others v. Raj Bahadur Singh and others in Transfer Application (Civil) No. 121 of 2021. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law. 6.
