This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the Respondent no. 2 and 3 to restrain the concerned Patwari and Kanungo to not harass the petitioner, until the measurement is done, on the aforesaid land of petitioner Khasra No. 143, Khata No. 00410 as well as on the Gram Sabha land Khasra No. 142, situated at Village- Mahawad, Pargana & Tehsil- Dadari, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the Respondent no. 2/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dadari, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar to decide the application of the petitioner dated 2.7.2025 within stipulated time as fix by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure no. 1 to the writ petition). iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the Respondent nos. 2 & 3 to direct concerned Patwari and Kanungo to make fair measurement on the Land of petitioner Khasra No. 143, Khata No. 00410 as well as on the Gram Sabha land Khasra No. 142, situated at Village-Mahawad, Pargana & Tehsil- Dadari, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar and separated the land of petitioner from the land of Gram Sabha, forthwith and until the measurement is done, petitioner should not be harassed and allowed to continue as before." From perusal of prayers made in the writ petition, no case for interference is made out. Writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
