In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner without touching upon the merit of the case/claim of the Petitioner, inviting attention of this Court to Annexure-3 submits that the Petitioner having made representation before the Opposite Party for redressal of his grievance, is still pending for consideration and no information has been provided to the Petitioner as to the action taken there upon. He, therefore, limits the prayer for disposal of this Writ Petition with a direction to the Opposite Party for consideration of the representation of the Petitioner and its disposal in accordance with law within a time frame. 4.
