In pursuance of the last order, Dr. Sanjay Sood, Managing Director of the respondent-Corporation is present in Court. 2. Counsel for the respondent-Corporation tries to convince us that an SLP has been filed against the order dated 01.07.2025 passed in the Execution Petition No. 6 of 2025, which has been disposed of on the undertaking given as such to comply. 3. We have already noticed on the earlier occasion on 02.09.2025 as to how the issue on merits has already been finalized up to the Apex Court. Apparently, the respondent still wants to challenge every order, which is passed by this Court, even it pertains to the fixation as such of pay of the Forest Guards, which apparently is quite contrary to the litigation policy. Resultantly, on the persuasive request of the counsel as such, we adjourn the matter to three weeks. 4. It is made clear that if there is no interim order passed by the Apex Court, the Managing Director shall produce the necessary demand draft on the next date, as directed earlier.
