As per Para 4.2 of QMG’s Br, IHQ of MoD (Army) letter dt. 14 Nov 2025, the promotion avenue of 11 x applicants of different Oas filed at AFT (RB), Mumbai & AFT (RB) Chandigarh will also be addressed accordingly.” 2. In view thereof, Writ Petition No.14035 of 2024 has been rendered infructuous and disposed of as such. 3.
