Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners would submit that fine amount is already paid and the sentence remains suspended as on date by the Trial Court. 3. Considering the nature of sentence and that it remains suspended by the Trial Court as on date and that it will take for a while for this Court to get the appeal papers made ready and the appeal to be taken up for hearing, it is only appropriate that the sentence be suspended pending disposal of the main appeal. 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.M.P.No.14212 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1018 of 2025 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered by suspending the imprisonment alone on the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court; (ii) The petitioners and the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the Trial Court may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass Book and mobile numbers to ensure their identity; (iii) The petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day once in every three months at 10.30 a.m., and if they are not able to appear before the Trial Court on any day, they shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 355 of BNSS, 2023 and shall appear before the Trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of their absence, as directed by the Trial Court; 4/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.M.P.No.14212 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1018 of 2025 21.07.2025 Neutral Citation : no grs To 1.
